Who is Rooks-Morris, Realtors?

Rooks-Morris is Howard Rooks and Bob Morris. They personify the Real Estate Entrepreneur.

Rooks-Morris Realtors was formed as a family business to manage Rooks - Morris’ personal real estate business. The company specializes in waterfront properties. In early 2006, they (Mr. Rooks and Mr.Morris) invited myself and Diana Michel, both Sarasota Realtors, to join their agency.

What we all have in common is experience in real estate investing. We know first hand what it feels like to be both the buyer and the seller in the real estate transaction. We each have been intimately involved in home construction and renovation. We bring to every client invaluable personal experience that can help identify what makes a deal “a good one”, and the commitment to insure the deal goes smoothly. We are a small agency that emphasizes individualized service. We are available whenever you need us and approach your transaction as if it were our own.

Over 30 years ago, Mr. Rooks started Mount Vernon Real Estate in the Washington DC area. In 1991, with some 2000 agents and 35 offices, Mr. Rooks sold the company. Needless to say, when he arrived in Sarasota he brought with him a wealth of real estate expertise. In no time, he applied this expertise to the Sarasota real estate market. He began by purchasing residential properties and not long after, began building spec houses. Many of these houses were designed by world renowned architect Guy Peterson. Mr. Rooks recognizes opportunity and has the resources and expertise to take advantage of it. Whether buying or selling a home, clients of Rooks-Morris benefit from this abundance of experience.

Mr. Morris with an MBA is an experienced real estate investor and new construction project manager as well as Real Estate Broker.
