“It was hard for family and friends to believe that we put an offer in on a home without seeing it in person. However, we never second guessed our decision due in large part to having Gigi working for us. We got to know Gigi in September of 06 when we spent 2 weeks on Siesta Key.

We fell in love with the area. We looked at several homes and Gigi listened to the things we were looking for in a second home. Gigi graciously acted as ‘tour guide’ and showed us around the Sarasota area. We share Pittsburgh roots and we enjoyed watching a Steelers game in her beautiful home.

Gigi is not only a Realtor, she is a woman with big heart and she will do the best work for you, as if you were a close relative, and look after your interests until everything has been settled.

I and my wife Helena bought a house in Lakewood Ranch last September. Gigi took us out to look at over thirty properties before we found the right one, she even helped us with finding contractors for some renovation work on the property and helped us find solid contractors to work with on the changes we wanted to make.

One thing she even did was to go to our bank which we had just opened account in, in order to check out if this bank was real (The bank name is Suntrust). She was worried because she had got email from the bank which indicated that we were customers at the bank and that we had enough money on our account for purchasing above mentioned property, Gigi was in doubt because the email letter was so badly written that she decided to go to the bank branch the next morning to check it out for herself and talk directly to the banker who wrote the letter. The guy was from Colombia and had just recently started working at the bank – he is and will be our contact person in the future and he will never forget this visit from our wonderful Gigi.
